Therapeutic Nerve Block
Local anesthetic is injected into the source of the pain – the nerve. Therapeutic nerve blocks are particularly useful in treating diseases and painful conditions in localized areas.
Spinal Cord Stimulator
There is nothing more frustrating for patients who have had back surgery than to have it fail to relieve their pain. Using minimally invasive spinal cord stimulators, our providers are able to send electric signals into a small, targeted area that replaces pain with a mild tingling sensation.
Trigger Point Injections
By injecting medication directly into the muscle or fascia (a thin sheet of tissue that encloses a muscle) pain often subsides in a much larger area.
Botox Injection
While Botox has become synonymous with plastic surgery, its original intended use was to relieve myofascial or muscle pain. Our providers are skilled at administering these injections in the areas where pain originates, offering relief for several weeks or up to several months.
Radiofrequency Neurotomy
(Nerve Ablation)
Heat that is generated by radio waves is sent to painful areas of your body via needles inserted into your skin. Our providers use diagnostic imaging to make sure the needles are positioned properly before using them to temporarily turn off the nerves’ ability to send pain signals. Commonly used for pain in the neck, spine, knee, hip, or buttocks.
Implanted Pain Pump
SI Bone for Sacroiliac Joint Fusion
When conservative treatments don’t provide lasting relief from your SI joint pain, it may be time to consider minimally invasive SI joint fusion. The iFuse TORQ procedure involves inserting titanium implants across the SI joint to maximize stability, reduce pain, and improve function. The procedure is done through a small one-inch incision and takes about an hour. Recovery is minimal, and patients begin to resume daily activities quickly.
VIA Disc NP Allograft
VIA Disc NP is a non-surgical, injectable allograft that utilizes allogeneic tissue and micronized disc material to repair degenerative discs. It is a proven therapy that has been shown in clinical trials to repair damage to degenerative discs and provide significant low back pain relief and improved function.
ReActiv8® Procedure
The ReActiv8 Neurostimulation System is a new, minimally invasive treatment option for people suffering from mechanical chronic low back pain caused by a multifidus muscle dysfunction. This FDA-approved implantable device is designed to provide you with meaningful long term relief by restoring functionality.
