OUR PROCEDURES

Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty

Vertebroplasty is a minimally-invasive procedure in which bone cement is injected into a vertebra. It stabilizes a compression fracture of the spine. One or more vertebrae may need to be treated.
Kyphoplasty is a minimally-invasive procedure that repairs a vertebral compression fracture by first inserting a balloon into your fractured vertebra to create space for bone cement. It helps restore the spine’s natural shape. Some patients experience rapid pain relief after the procedure.
